Pale woman (Gridlock)

The pale woman was a female member of an evolutionary variant of human who lived in the Undercity of New New York in 5,000,000,053. When her parents left for the motorway, she was troubled and went to Pharmacytown to purchase Forget 43. The Tenth Doctor listened to her story and tried to stop her from taking the drug, but she took it and forgot all about her parents. (TV: Gridlock)
