Patrick Grainger, the husband of C Grainger, was the leader of the council in Cardiff. He was also the city coordinator, meaning that he took charge of the city in case of major emergencies. In the 2000s, he was stabbed to death by a Cell 114 agent called David. (TV: Sleeper)
