Soldier (Rise of the Cybermen)

A soldier operated a checkpoint in London on a parallel Earth. Mickey Smith asked him if it was okay if he passed through the checkpoint, to which the soldier replied, "No bother. Curfew doesn't start 'til 10." The soldier was confused by Mickey's lack of knowledge of the curfew and wondered if he had been living "[u]p there with the toffs", meaning inside the zeppelins.
