Tony Flynn was one of Reegan's henchmen. He kept guard over Liz Shaw and Dr Lennox whilst Reegan was in London, but was tricked into letting Dr Lennox go when they claimed that they needed more isotopes. Flynn was berated by Reegan for letting him go and, at Space Control, traded punches with Brigadier Alistair Gordon Lethbridge-Stewart before being thrown down a steep slope.
