Findel was an archaeological who was collecting information on the Cybermen. He tried to trap the Cybermats that were crawling round the citadel. He didn't think of discontinuities in a Fourier series that controlled the logic gates and was electrocuted. He went to the same school as Zoe Heriot. He said that he had to take intelligence suppressors because of the actions of the Brotherhood of Logicians. (AUDIO: Last of the Cyberman)
