Frank Skinner is a British stand-up comedian and television presenter who appeared as a Dalek Operator in the 50th Anniversary story, The Five(ish) Doctors Reboot. Although he was not named, it is assumed that like the majority of the cast, he was portraying an exaggerated version of himself.
He later played the role of a soldier in the Big Finish Doctor Who audio story Eyes of the Master.
Skinner has often admitted to being an avid fan of Doctor Who, and has tried to get a part in the show itself. [1] He soon after appeared in the TV series proper, as Perkins in Mummy on the Orient Express.
