Franklin Delano Roosevelt
Talk0Franklin Delano Roosevelt was the President of the United States who led his country through the bulk of World War II. Amongst his many accomplishment was the foundation of the Office of Strategic Services, the forerunner of the Central Intelligence Agency. He died in office in 1945 and was succeeded by Harry S. In 1927, he was targeted by the Trickster's Brigade in an attempt to change the course of history using an alien brain parasite, but the plan was foiled by Jack Harkness and Angelo Colasanto. (TV: Immortal Sins)
