The Freedom Foundation were a group of fifteen humans who had discovered the truth about Satellite Five in the year 200,000. The last of the Foundation was Eva Saint Julienne, who went undercover as Suki Macrae Cantrell to expose the Satellite's leaders. By the time Suki was promoted to Floor 500, she had evidence of the Satellite's manipulation of mankind, but was killed by the Jagrafess before she had the chance to release it to the public.
