The Fushari were a species known to Torchwood 3.

Henry Parker obtained a sword that was of likely Fushari origin. It was one of their ceremonial swords. The blade was 276cm long, 14cm wide, and blunt. Nothing on Earth could sharpen it. (WEB: torchwood.org.uk)
