Fyodor Nikolai Kerensky was a scientist working for Count Scarlioni.

Biography Edit

Fyodor believed that the work he was performing for the 'Count' was to help feed the world, to create chickens and such. He had no knowledge of his employer's true nature, nor what Scarlioni intended to do with his research and experiments. He was aged to death in an accelerated time field generated by equipment he designed for the Count. (DW: City of Death)
