A Gallifreyan man, along with a woman, once tried to convince the First Doctor to sleep in the main house, rather than the barn.
He believed that the Doctor wanted to join the army, as he didn't think that he would make it to the academy and become a Time Lord. Both he and the woman were unaware that Clara Oswald was hiding under the Doctor's bed whilst they were in the barn. (TV: Listen)
