Golightly was the butler at 64 Carlysle Street. He was getting quite old, and had to let the footman, Thomas Greene, take over his more difficult duties.
One day in the servants' hall, Mr Golightly was napping while some of the servants, including Steven Taylor and Dodo Chaplet disguised as servants, were discussing Paris. Mr Golightly woke up, made a comment about Paris, and quietly died. (PROSE: 64 Carlysle Street)
