This topic might have a better name.
Since it was only mentioned in passing in The Friendly Place and appeared for the first time in The Eternal Dogfight, I think it would be better to dab it "Great Wheel (The Eternal Dogfight)".
Actually, this is the only Great Wheel: it does not need a dab term.
