Ho was a member of the Tong of the Black Scorpion in London in 1889.
Ho was tasked, along with others of the gang, to recover Magnus Greel's time cabinet and trionic lattice. They took the cabinet to the House of the Dragon. However, they had to return to for the activator. Unable to find it, Ho returned to the House of the Dragon and explained this to Greel.
On Greel's orders, Ho led a group to capture George Litefoot and Henry Gordon Jago. From them, Greel learnt of the activator's location, Litefoot's house. Ho went with Greel, Mr Sin and the gang to retrieve it. They returned to the house with the Fourth Doctor who had the activator. Ho helped restrain Leela when she attacked Greel.
