Well, I was just generally wanting to discuss who we think "Gus" or "GUS" was from the TV story "Mummy on the Orient Express". I have generally heard most people saying that "Gus" is Seb from "The Caretaker", "Dark Water" and "Death in Heaven", but is "Gus" even linked to "3W" and The Nethersphere? Do you think we will return to "Gus" in a future series, or do you think he will remain shrouded in mystery? All comments and theories on Gus' identity will be greatly appreciated. Thanks: Layton4 19:29, November 4, 2014 (UTC)

He'll most likely appear in a future series, and the writers were just "planting" him for this one. The same with whatever was under the blanket in "Listen". Like most Moffat-era plot devices, it may take years to pass by before the actual payoff. The entire episode was actually foreshadowed in a Tennant or Smith episode where someone called the Doctor to invite him onboard the Orient Express in space. So it started several years ago, continued now, and will likely conclude in a few years hence. 68.100.109.53talk to me 23:56, November 7, 2014 (UTC)
