Hugh Walters (born 2 March 1939) appeared in several Doctor Who stories: as William Shakespeare in The Chase, Runcible in The Deadly Assassin, and Vogel in Revelation of the Daleks. He also played Roderick Allingham in AUDIO: The Fearmonger.
