Ishtek was the female Voord commander of a ship that crashed on an Earth beach in the 20th century.
In 2017, she was reawakened and used energy from the Doctor's TARDIS to contact the Voord Survival Flotilla. However, the Eighth Doctor made the energy affect her ship, causing it's genetic mimicking camouflage to crush the ship beneath sand and rock. Liv Chenka and Matilda Gregson ran her over.
