Issaxyr was an Ice Warrior Commander of the Coprates Chasma Imperial Martian Space Corps Bio-weaponry Devision, who was stranded in the Arctic Circle with a frozen Ice Warrior army. He encountered the Tenth Doctor, Donna Noble and a group of explorers as he attempted to free the Ice Warrior army, but found that a virus had killed them all. The Doctor returned him to the ruins of a Martian City on Mars. (PROSE: Cold)
