Jefferson Street was a street in Florida named after one of the USA's founding fathers, Thomas Jefferson. It intersected with Hamilton Avenue and Adams Street, and was about five miles from Cape Canaveral. In 1969, Melody Pond was trapped in a spacesuit in a warehouse nearby.
