Jottipher

Mr Jottipher was the cultural liaison for Zamper.

The Secunda convinced him to help steal the Chelonian's shuttle to escape the planet. She then had him enter first so the self-defense system's would kill him and be drained of power, allowing the Secunda to take the shuttle. (PROSE: Zamper)
