Kano Dollar was the wealthiest human in the 25th century.
To create the perfect setting for his wedding to Princess Thanna, he bought and terraformed the ice planet Isen VI into a jungle paradise. Unfortunately, the equipment woke the hibernating Hyperion Rann-Korr. It planned to restore its race and conquer the universe. The Twelfth Doctor was able to stop it, and also restore Isen VI to its original cold climate. Dollar's wedding plans were ruined and he was left behind on the planet, where he was killed by an ice tornado. (COMIC: Terrorformer)
