Kellalphaludner, better-known as Kelly, was a Renegade Time Lord who travelled in time with his companions, Phillip and Gwendolyn.
Biography[]
Originally a Celestial Intervention Agency operative, Kelly fled Gallifrey to become a renegade shortly after the Doctor's own elopement. As a traveller in time and space, he faced many "marauders" such as Daleks, Sontarans and Elderands. During one of his earliest adventures on Earth, he met his first companion, 17th century adventurer Phillip DuLake; the two were later joined by a second human companion, Gwendolyn.
The three met the Cybermen on multiple occasions, including landing on an ancient Mondas where they helped a small, nomadic tribe of organic holdouts evade capture and cyber-conversion by the now-dominant Cyberman population. On a later occasion, they visited 1975 Earth where they met Cybermen of the advance guard of the then-upcoming 1986 Cyberman invasion of Earth.
These events were recorded in the Cyber Files compiled from Matrix data by Palmac and Jolennon. A biodata extract for Kelly was included, noting that although no longer C.I.A.-affiliated, he had shown willingness to cooperate with C.I.A. operatives on multiple occasions. (PROSE: The Cyber Files)
