Kennedy (The War Machines)

Kennedy was an assistant to Sir Charles Summer. Along with Sir Charles, he attended the Royal Scientific Club meeting about WOTAN. Sir Charles later told him to look after the First Doctor while he inquired about Professor Brett's erratic behavior at the meeting. (TV: The War Machines)
