Mr Kin was an Axon masquerading as a human. He was the owner of the Shining Dawn Corporation, the company who was behind the drinks company Goruda. He led the other Axons in their invasion attempt upon Earth in 2011, but he melted away when the Eleventh Doctor completely drained Axos of power. (COMIC: The Golden Ones)
