Lachele Carl is the actress who plays American newsreader, Trinity Wells in Doctor Who. She has appeared in several episodes including appearances in spin-off's The Sarah Jane Adventures and Torchwood. She is also the only actress to have appeared not only in Doctor Who, but in its two spin-off shows.
