Leonard Milroy

Leonard Milroy was a Doctor at the local St Saviour's Hospital who had patients that had been attacked by The Riparian Ripper. Along with The Doctor, Leonard realised that the Ripper had not been trying to kill the victims but instead, cure them of their various ailments by way of Medical Procedure. He joined the Seventh Doctor and Ace in their journey to track the Ripper down and later watched it depart Earth. After the ordeal, The Doctor gifted Leonard a telescope which he used to keep an eye out for the Rippers return. (AUDIO: The Riparian Ripper)
