"Les" was the name given to a TeamMate stationed at the entrance of Kerb!am by employee Daniel Cooper.
He regularly greeted him as walked past, addressing him as Les. On one such occasion, Dan asked him how his family was to which Les replied "My name is not Les but I acknowledge your amusing co-worker banter." In reaction to this response, Dan ridiculed the idea of machine learning to the Thirteenth Doctor. Then he left, with Les wishing him a great day as he did so.
Having just arrived, Graham O'Brien described the welcoming TeamMates as creepy, to which Ryan Sinclair agreed. The Doctor called them robophobic for this belief. (TV: Kerblam!)
