List of Doppelgängers
From TARDIS Index File, the free Doctor Who reference.
Several times there has been characters who appear exactly like another character, as part of the story plot. This list does not include instances where different incarnations of the Doctor have met or interacted, but it does include occasions where more than one version of the same incarnation encounter each other (due to time travel or some other interference).
