A looter was a London resident who, when the city was evacuated due to dinosaurs appearing, stayed behind to loot. He and another looter looted a warehouse, but when they heard the Third Doctor and Sarah Jane Smith approaching, they fled. (TV: Invasion of the Dinosaurs)
