Manjuele (or Little Brother Manjuele) was a member of the cult known as Faction Paradox. He had been a criminal before joining the Faction.
He and Cousin Justine were dispatched by the Faction to Mr Qixotl's auction to buy the Relic. Manjuele stole a biodata sample from Kathleen Bregman and used it control and possess her. He tried to steal the Relic, but the Eighth Doctor was able to drive his mind out of Bregman's body. When he revealed the Doctor's identity, chaos broke out, and the Doctor took the Relic.
