Martin Jarvis (born 4 August 1941[1]) appeared in several Doctor Who television stories: as Hilio in The Web Planet, Butler in Invasion of the Dinosaurs (he later narrated the BBC audiobook of the Target novelisation, Doctor Who and the Dinosaur Invasion) and the Governor of Varos in Vengeance on Varos. He later voiced Nigel Rochester in the Big Finish Doctor Who audio story Jubilee and Fitzroy in The Devil and Miss Carew.
He is married to Rosalind Ayres. Outside the DWU, he is a noted voice actor and performer.
