Meera Khali was the mother of Rupinda Kholi. The pair once went on a day out to the amusement park called Tickle Town and became trapped in the city after an energy wall blocked the town off as a result of Tobias Tickle's desperate need to keep his guests. Twenty year later, Meera and Rupinda were still trapped in Tickle Town and joined forces with the Eleventh Doctor to defeat Tickle and shut down the wall, freeing everyone and finally being released.
