Moon Village One was a research and study base built by humans in the early 21st century. It was built on top of where Ravnok left a container of cheese.
Before 2015, Freda Jackson began living in Moon Village One.
In January 2015, Jackson was joined by Jeffries.
On 7 June 2015, Ravnok returned to the moon with Vartex to get back the cheese. The Fifth Doctor, Tegan Jovanka, and Vislor Turlough also came to the moon that day. Ravnok and Vartek attempted to blow up Moon Village One to get their cheese, but were stopped by the Doctor. (COMIC: The Lunar Strangers)
