Morvin Van Hoff was a near-human from Sto, and married to Foon Van Hoff. He worket at the Milk Market and met Foon there. They were aboard the Titanic when it was hit by asteroids. He befriended the Doctor and survived the asteroid crash with him. He later died when he slipped off a bridge and fell into an engine. (DW: Voyage of the Damned)
