An old man was the neighbour of LaMort in Sydney.
The man's house was next to LaMort's house. He met Bernice Summerfield one day when she was scouting LaMort's house for the Seventh Doctor. Bernice thought he looked like an old sea captain. They talked for a bit, and he told Bernice that people said LaMort's house was haunted. (PROSE: Virgin Lands)
