Nick Evans in 1996 (DOC: I Was a Doctor Who Monster!)
Nicholas Evans operated a Dalek and the Slyther in the Doctor Who story The Dalek Invasion of Earth under the name of Nick Evans. He also played Didius in the The Romans.
He later operated an uncredited Dalek in The Power of the Daleks. (DWM 180)
