Nook was a planet covered by deep oceans, which the Second Doctor was once trapped at the bottom of. When he left the TARDIS, he found another ship there. He fought against a giant squid while helping the crew leave the planet and go to the planet Ebor. (COMIC: Peril at 60 Fathoms)
