Noxwen Van Coofen with the Ambassadors of Binding Light (TV: The End of the World)
Noxwen Van Coofen was the partner of cybernetic hyperstar Cal "Spark Plug" MacNannovich. He came with Cal as his plus-one to the Platform One party in the year 5.5/Apple/26 to watch the destruction of the Earth when its sun expanded. Cal and Noxwen Van wore large, hooded cloaks and cybernetic face masks, Cal wore an orange cloak with a silver mask; Noxwen Van wore a dark green cloak and a purple mask. He survived Cassandra's attack on Platform One, and left with Cal. (TV: The End of the World)
Noxwen Van, along with Cal and the other survivors of Platform One, were later kidnapped by the Elth of Balhoon, who believed that they hadn't tried to help his brother, the Moxx of Balhoon and had abandoned him to die. Noxwen Van, Cal and the others were rescued by the Tenth Doctor, and not only forgave the Elth for kidnapping them, but offered to help him as well. (COMIC: Reunion of Fear)
