Osborn was a crewmember of the space station on which Davros was held prisoner. She was one of the few initial survivors of the Dalek raid on the station. She tried to carry out her duty and execute Davros before he could be freed, but was shot and killed by the Daleks' mercenaries before she could do so. (DW: Resurrection of the Daleks)
