Pascal was the French captain who captured Davros (in the Sixth Doctor's body), Flip Jackson and Jared Ramon, when they escaped from the Dalek pursuit ship in Waterloo, Belgium on 18 June 1815. He was killed by a Dalek weapon later that day. (AUDIO: The Curse of Davros)
