Lord Percy was a member of the Endangered Dangerous Species Society.
Lord Percy settled on the planet Oroobia, a dense jungle world. He spoke in a nasal English accent and had bucked teeth and a sweaty moustache. He enjoyed hunting, cigars and champagne. He was generally cruel to his hunting team, which included Rhinon Beaters and Levantines.
He was invited to Planet 1 by Sebastiene to hunt the Tenth Doctor. The Doctor was sent to his hunting zone first; however, just as Percy was about to kill him, the Doctor transmatted away. (PROSE: The Doctor Trap)
