Peter Ling wrote the Doctor Who television story The Mind Robber and its novelisation. The Big Finish Lost Story Hexagora is based on an un-produced story he wrote in the early 1980s with Hazel Adair.
He is best known for co-creating the soap operas Crossroads, Compact and Champion House in the 1960s.
