Peter Ware was an assistant editor for Doctor Who Magazine, where he reviewed Doctor Who episodes as part of the Time Team. By 2016, he was the deputy editor of Doctor Who Magazine. He was editor of issue 515 alongside Tom Spilsbury and Richard Atkinson. He was again deputy editor under editor Marcus Hearn from issue 516.
He is also a frequent research contributor to documentaries on BBC DVDs of serials from the 1963 version of Doctor Who.
