- The President was not named in the story. His appearance as illustrated by Lee Sullivan and his vocal portrayal by Jon Culshaw were based upon George W. Bush, sitting US president at the time of the story's release. Culshaw did impressions of Bush in the contemporary sketch show Dead Ringers.
