Putney Common

Putney Common was a location in London, which had a history with Iris Wildthyme and Panda.

History[]

The Alhambra Theatre was located in Putney. (AUDIO: The Spirit Trap)

In the late 1980s, "a panda guy" was put onto "the bus to space" by some hippies with help from a local boy, Jack. (PROSE: Teenage Kicks) This bus was Iris Wildthyme's TARDIS, which adopted the form of a Number 22 to Putney Common, (PROSE: Old Flames) specifically the 1963 AEG Routemaster RML, albeit with numerous modifications. (PROSE: Iris Wildthyme and the Unholy Ghost)

Tom once tried to catch a bus to Putney Common, but was dragged aboard Iris Wildthyme's TARDIS. (PROSE: Verdigris)

In the 22nd century, the Tenth Doctor and Donna Noble saw a flying bus bound for Putney Common. (COMIC: Swarm of the Zenith)

Putney Common was also the site of part of the 22nd century Dalek invasion. Iris Wildthyme and a group of her friends threw homemade bombs at a Dalek saucer that tried to land there. (PROSE: From Wildthyme with Love)
