Racheem Al-Hite was a weave-spinner living on Kolpasha and an old friend of the Doctor's.
The Fourth Doctor and Romana II visited Racheem to analyse a sample of the Eternal Youth Drug. After Romana discovered its true purpose, they went to Superintendent Madlen Xel to try and convince her of the true side effects. She believed them, and Racheem accompanied Madlen and Romana to Vachis' apartment. He then witnessed the Doctor kill the Quoll Gevaunt. (COMIC: Victims)
