Reg was a policeman assigned to Inspector George Duncan Stringer in the 19th century. He helped one of his fellows look through a box in search of hidden weapons. Along with the other policemen, he was later turned into a wasp/human hybrid by Ajeeth, but later returned when the genetic splicer was destroyed. (COMIC: The Crystal Throne)
