Ricky was a drug addict and the boyfriend of Lucy Sobel.
Ricky lived in a flat in Grangetown with Lucy. He didn't have any friends, just people he knew, bought drugs from and shot up with. He stole from Lucy and sold her stuff to pay for his heroin addiction. Often moody, he was home infrequently. With few skills, all he cared about was smack.
Ricky's lack of care or concern for Lucy caused her to reach out for the affection of her colleague, Rhys Williams. When Lucy was kidnapped, Gwen Cooper thought that Ricky might have been the cause.
After biting Rhys, Lucy returned to her flat to find Ricky naked and blissed out on the bed - so much so that he didn't realise she was eating him.
Gwen found Ricky's body while searching his flat for Lucy. He was slumped across the bed, throat ripped out with blood spattering the ceiling and walls. Chunks of flesh had been torn from his shoulders, chest and arms. His eyes had been sucked from their sockets and his genitalia had been ripped away and swallowed whole.
