Rodrigo often sold packets of chicle in the streets. There was a photo of Rodrigo in Señor 105's house. On the day of the opening ceremony of the 1968 Olympics, Iris Wildthyme encountered Rodrigo while he was selling chicles. When Rodrigo pressed a few buttons on Señor 105's Zodiac Machine, he accidentally transported himself and 105 to the Eiffel Tower. They had an adventure in Paris which involved meeting Sheila.
On 1 October 1969, Señor 105 tasked Rodrigo with delivering a book club invitation to Jorge Zumbido. As thanks for the delivery, Zumbido gifted Rodrigo a signed copy of one of his records.
