Rogers was a member of Business community of Tantane Spaceport. He wanted his leader to turn on the lights. He said that economy brought the Wailers to Tantane. Elder Bones ordered him to chase the Sixth Doctor. He thought that Melanie Bush was the Doctor's girlfriend. (AUDIO: Spaceport Fear)
